Born and educated in England, after a 2year research fellowship at Oxford attended Middlesex Hospital Medical School, London.

Completed 9years of residency, 1 year London, 2 years Oxford and 6 years U of F then came to Somerset as a general surgeon in 1992.


Developed Meniere’s Dz in 2005 necessitating early retirement from surgery.  Recruited to Oakwood to help reorganize the medical department.


Married to Christine Weyman MD PhD local public health officer,

2 daughters Samantha a 3rd year med student at UK, Vanessa a Masters Clinical Psychology student at Xavier College.
