Increased knowledge of strategies that are designed to improve treatment and prevention options relating to emerging infections. Conference Objectives: Discuss the dangers imposed by four infectious pathogens, SARS-CoV-2, measles, H5N1, and antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Identify preventative strategies for airborne pathogens. Educate about misinformation surrounding vaccinations in order to promote patient education. Identify the role of bacteriophages in treating antibiotic resistant bacteria.
